Yoga

Yin Yoga helps to calm a busy mind and a stressed nervous system. 

It’s a relaxing style of yoga in which you hold shapes that are supported and comfortable for up to 5 minutes. 

No yoga experience is needed. 

You’ll finished the session with a 20-minute Nidra, a sleep-based, form of meditation.

Narelle runs yoga nidra sessions to provide a simple tool that can be implemented on a daily basis to help calm your nervous system, slow down your thoughts, increase serotonin and improve the removal of cortisol. A 30-minute practice is equivalent rest for your body to an extra 2 hours of sleep.
