Quick and Delicious Baked Beans Recipe
Preparation & cooking time – 15 minutes
Ingredients for Baked Beans
2 tins of butter beans
2 tins of canned tomatoes
1 onion
6 pieces of bacon
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons of mustard
Butter for cooking
Changing Habits Seaweed Salt, pepper, and chili
Instructions for Baked Beans
Heat a frypan with butter.
Fry the onion and bacon in butter.
Mix the maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard together.
Add tomatoes, butter beans, and sauces to the onion and bacon.
Season with salt, pepper, and chili.
Boil for 5 to 8 minutes.
Enjoy with toast or on their own.
Store in the fridge for breakfast another day or freeze the leftovers.
