Gelatin Jelly Recipe – Lunchbox Snack
Preparation & cooking time – 15 minutes
Ingredients for Gelatin Jelly
3-½ tablespoons Gelatin powder
1-½ cups of additive free and preservative free juice
½ tablespoon rice malt syrup
Instructions for Gelatin Jelly
Dissolve the gelatin in 1/3 cup of cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to absorb the water.
Heat the juice and rice malt syrup in a saucepan until the syrup has dissolved.
Remove from the heat and stir in the gelatin.
Pour into a 10x15cm kids lunchbox or plastic molds.
Finally, refrigerate for 1 hour and push out of molds or cut into squares.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
