Essential oils are safe, effective, affordable and easy to use in your home to help calm the chaos. They are made up of pure extracts from plants. The scents from essential oils produce different effects on the nervous system. They stimulate the body’s immune response and have various healing properties.
Essential oils can be diluted in fractionated coconut oil and used in a roller bottle to apply to your chest, back of your neck, wrists or feet for really quick results. A diffuser is a great way to inhale essential oils and can really calm the chaos in your home.
